Pricing depends on guest count, event duration, the number of stations needed to keep guests moving, and travel to your venue. Most weddings book an hourly package that covers the photographer, equipment, custom-branded prints, and setup and breakdown. We recommend reserving 8–12 weeks ahead for most weddings, and earlier for peak wedding season (May through October), holiday-weekend dates, and destination celebrations.
